Dear Doctors and Friends, Forgive me firstly for not personalizing this letter, but I think you will realize after reading my story, that this is not only one phenomenal product which assists our bodies to function closer to perfection, ... but also lends itself to unbelievable financial opportunities. I originally looked at Herbalife, considering it as a financial opportunity. This due to the fact that the company I was then employed by was considering to make about 21 000 positions redundant worldwide, of which 7 000 were going to affect South Africa directly. Fortunate for me, Herbalife has a policy that all distributors first need to use the products before being allowed any rights to distribute something in which they do not fully believe. After learning of some individuals earning well within the six figure bracket within a period of 3 to 4 years, I decided to give it a try. Having been a juvenile diabetic since 1964 and a high blood pressure sufferer for the past three years, I never gave it a thought that Herbalife being a nutritional product, would affect my entire life the way it has and continues to do. I also did not have a weight problem, for which the product is so popular, thus proceeded to take the products received in my starter pack. Within three weeks I became so dizzy and disorientated that I stopped taking my tablets I had been on for the past three years to control my high blood pressure. To give you an idea, while using the drugs to control my blood pressure, my blood pressure stayed at 160/90! I have now been off the blood pressure tablets since December 1999!!! I am currently also experiencing a constant drop in my blood sugar levels, like never before in my life. Thus I have had to cut my insulin intake. Before taking Herbalife, I was taking 12 units of Act Rapid and 17 units of Monotard daily. I have had to decrease this to 8 units of Act Rapid and 11 units of Monotard per day. As I continue to go into Hypoglycemic attacks, I will gradually continue to decrease my insulin intake until such time as my blood sugar stabilizes.
